Dr. Austin is very thorough and does an incredible job addressing every bit of medical history to ensure we could move forward with IVF. The office staff are absolutely wonderful and are quick to answer any questions that arise. The support from each person, from the front desk, medical assistant, lab techs, nurses, NPs and Dr. Austin, has made this process much less scary. I appreciate each and every one of them.
