It’s clear they enjoy their work because it shines through with the service they provide. Dr. Austin is a great person, a great listener and actually hears what you’re saying. He spends a lot of time with each patient…as much time as it takes. I have never felt rushed or like I was just another patient. His compassion, understanding and knowledge is why we have our two beautiful children. Having a doctor and staff who know and understand the stress you’re under, and don’t make it worse, is paramount.
